In addition to the foregoing Royalties, Publisher shall pay Developer an amount equal to ________ percent (__%) (the “SwitchGames Royalties”) of all gross amounts paid to Publisher by SwitchGames, Inc. arising in connection with the sale or exchange of the Game on or through the SwitchGames.com service (the “SwitchGames Revenue”). Publisher shall pay Developer the SwitchGames Royalties in the same manner as it pays Royalties as provided in Section __. Additionally, Publisher shall include in the Royalty reports to be provided to Developer in accordance with Section __ the amount of SwitchGames Royalties accrued and the corresponding SwitchGames Revenue for the period being reported.
